To reduce barriers to attendance, we will try to facilitate childcare for the duration of the conference, either by putting attendees in touch with local childcare providers, or, based on the numbers, in arranging a pop-up creche (on-site childcare option). We also have some limited funding, thanks to our Australian sponsors, to provide partial childcare support to attendees.

If you need childcare during the conference, please send an email to [email protected] with subject line “FOCS 2025 Childcare: [Your Name]” by ⏰ September 19th, 2025 (11:59pm AoE), detailing (briefly) the type of services you would require.

In addition to the above, the conference venue will provide a lactation room for conference attendees.
